Giant Pandas Arrive in Atlanta From China

Giant pandas Ping Ping and Fu Shuang arrived at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta on Sunday morning, Zoo Atlanta said. The pair departed Chengdu, China, earlier Sunday as part of an agreement between the Chinese and US governments following a Xi-Trump summit. China’s leader had said he would dispatch “envoys of friendship” to the United States.
