Bolsonaro passport flight

Defeated Brazilian candidate Flavio Bolsonaro flees to US despite cancelled passports

Former Brazilian presidential candidate Flavio Bolsonaro fled to the US, sources said on Tuesday, despite his passports being cancelled after he failed to comply with a Supreme Court order to hand them over as part of a money laundering probe. Bolsonaro's whereabouts have been a source of speculation since his election defeat on Sunday to leftist incumbent President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
