Burnham Does Not Rule Out Tax Rises for Social Care Reform

UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham has not ruled out raising taxes to fund social care reform, saying inefficiencies will be tackled first. He held cross-party talks and said final recommendations for England's social care system will be published by summer 2027.
