US probes video of apparent sea lion kicking in California
Federal wildlife authorities are investigating after a video appeared to show a person kicking a federally protected sea lion at La Jolla Cove in San Diego, California. The footage appears to show someone throwing kicks at the animal while another person can be heard laughing in the background. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is involved in the investigation.
