Russian drone strike kills civilians at Dnipro train station

A Russian drone strike hit Dnipro's main railway station in central Ukraine, killing at least 13 people, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who called the attack "horrific." One later report put the death toll at at least 14. The strike targeted passengers waiting on a crowded platform.
