Harry Potter Fans Win Relocation of UK-Ireland Power Cable to Spare Dobby's 'Grave'

Harry Potter fans have forced the relocation of a £430 million undersea power cable linking the UK and Ireland after complaining it would run beneath a memorial to Dobby, a fictional elf, on a Welsh beach. The cable route has been diverted to pass near Bronze Age human burial remains instead.
