DR Congo and M23 Agree Peace Talks Roadmap

DR Congo and M23 rebels have agreed a roadmap for peace talks after representatives met in Switzerland, according to Swiss officials. Both sides signed an earlier agreement in Doha last year, but fighting has persisted in mineral-rich eastern DRC.
