Fleming Named England Test Coach as Root Returns as Captain

Stephen Fleming has been appointed England Test coach, replacing Brendon McCullum, who remains in charge of the white-ball teams. Joe Root is returning as England Test captain, replacing Ben Stokes, the England and Wales Cricket Board announced. Fleming, 53, ended an 18-year association with Chennai Super Kings to take the role.
