UK defends Falkland Islands sovereignty after Milei claim

UK support for the Falkland Islands is "unwavering", Downing Street said, after Argentinian President Javier Milei said "winds of change" favoured Argentina's claim to the British overseas territory. Milei cited Donald Trump's suggestion that the US might reconsider its stance on British sovereignty and threatened faster sanctions on UK oil interests.
