Infantino proposes external review of Fifa governance

Fifa president Gianni Infantino has proposed an independent external review of the governing body's governance. In a letter to council members and member nations, he said he is "fully committed to leading Fifa" and acknowledged concerns over the handling of a now-abandoned investment plan.
