Hayden Panettiere Death Ruled Accidental Overdose

An autopsy by the Greenville County Coroner's Office ruled that actor Hayden Panettiere, 36, died from an accidental overdose of several drugs, including fentanyl, Xanax, a muscle relaxant and antipsychotic medication. The South Carolina medical examiner said there were "no signs of trauma" and the manner of death was accidental.
