Federal Judge Alvin Hellerstein Dies at 92

U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein, who presided over high-profile cases involving Donald Trump, the September 11 attacks and former Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, has died at 92. Two weeks before his death, Hellerstein presided over the arraignment of Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, on torture charges added to their narco-terrorism conspiracy case.
