Kalshi Imposes First Lifetime Ban on George Santos

Prediction-market exchange Kalshi has imposed its first-ever lifetime ban on former U.S. congressman George Santos and fined him more than $71,000. The company said it found reasonable cause to believe he engaged in insider trading through bets tied to his attendance at a State of the Union address and that he failed to cooperate with its investigation.
