Kennedy Center Honors Relocated Amid Trump Dispute
The 2026 Kennedy Center Honors will be held at Capital One Arena, not at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, marking the first time the ceremony has moved from its traditional home since the awards began in 1978. The relocation comes as Donald Trump continues efforts to put his name on the center, despite a court order blocking the change.
