NYTimes – US Phil Knight Donates $1 Billion to University of Oregon
Nike co-founder Phil Knight and his wife Penny have donated $1 billion to the University of Oregon, in what is reported as the largest known gift to a flagship university. The donation will fund a new engineering college.
