Lindsay Clancy Returns to Court After Murder Mistrial

Lindsay Clancy returned to a Massachusetts court on Tuesday for the first time since her murder trial ended in a mistrial over a deadlocked jury. Her attorneys asked a judge to find her not guilty and to bar a retrial, arguing double jeopardy and insufficient evidence. The judge is also considering a motion to dismiss the triple-murder case.
