Sky News – World LIV Golf Files for US Bankruptcy Protection
LIV Golf has filed for bankruptcy protection in the United States, the breakaway golf tour announced on Tuesday. The filing comes after Saudi investors stopped backing the league this year. Reports say LIV owes at least $45 million (£33 million) to players, who may now have the option to leave. Stars Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau may still be involved.
