New York Mayor Mamdani Says He Cannot Arrest Netanyahu

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani said his office lacks authority to execute the International Criminal Court arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and called on US federal authorities to act instead. Mamdani had previously pledged to arrest Netanyahu, who denies the ICC war-crimes charges.
