Mississippi officer who fatally shot toddler resigns

Sgt. Hunter Foster, the Senatobia, Mississippi police officer who shot and killed one-year-old Kohen Wiley during a shoplifting call at a Walmart, has resigned, the mayor said. Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch's office had earlier cleared Foster of criminal wrongdoing, concluding his use of force was justified.
