Burnham vows pragmatic approach to North Sea oil and gas

UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham says he will take a "pragmatic" approach to oil and gas drilling in the North Sea, telling reporters the government cannot ignore the resource when people are struggling. Burnham said he conveyed the same position to US President Donald Trump.
