A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent shot an individual during an interaction in New York City's Marble Hill neighborhood on Thursday, according to law enforcement sources and the NYPD. The person was conscious and hospitalized; a five-year-old child was in the vehicle at the time. The NYPD said it was not involved in the shooting.
