Dolly Parton's Estate Wins Restraining Order Against Nephew

A Tennessee judge granted Dolly Parton's estate a temporary restraining order against her nephew Bryan Seaver and his private security company. Parton's manager accused Seaver, who announced the singer's death, of threats, intimidation and trying to extort the estate. The order was granted Wednesday.
