Pakistan school roof collapse kills dozens of children

At least 27 pupils and a teacher were killed when a school roof collapsed during classes in Peshawar, north-west Pakistan. More than 40 people were injured and rescuers were searching for dozens of pupils still unaccounted for. Pakistan's prime minister urged rescuers to speed up the search for survivors. The death toll was reported differently across sources, with the highest figure at 29, mostly children.
