Peter Cullen, voice of Optimus Prime and Eeyore, dies at 85

Peter Cullen, the Montreal-born actor who voiced Optimus Prime in Transformers and Eeyore in Disney’s Winnie the Pooh franchise, has died aged 85. His agent and family confirmed the death, which occurred on Wednesday. Cullen also voiced KARR in Knight Rider and the monster in Predator, and began his career on Canadian TV and radio.
