The Royal Navy conducted a three-day operation last week to track four Russian vessels as they travelled through UK waters from the North Sea to the English Channel. Warships HMS Duncan, HMS St Albans and HMS Severn, plus a helicopter, used radars to monitor the Russian ships during the 72-hour deployment.
