NYTimes – World Ryanair Window Shattered by Broken Engine Parts, NTSB Says
A preliminary US National Transportation Safety Board report says a broken engine fan blade and shattered engine parts struck and shattered a window on a Ryanair flight from Greece to Germany on 10 July, causing a passenger to be partly sucked out. Investigators also found bird remains and feathers on the broken engine.
