Trump Names Will Scharf as White House Counsel

Donald Trump announced that Will Scharf, currently staff secretary, will replace David Warrington as White House counsel and assistant to the president, effective 1 September. Scharf, a deeply conservative lawyer, helped secure approval for the $400 million White House ballroom project.
