Arrest in death of Tasia Fortune, Mississippi woman found hanging

Mississippi police arrested Jacques Ratliff in connection with the death of Tasia Fortune, a 29-year-old Black woman found hanging from a tree behind a vacant house in Jackson in August. The state medical examiner ruled her death a homicide. Police said Saturday that more arrests are possible and the investigation is ongoing.
