Second Shooting Near U.S. Consulate in Toronto This Year

Shots were fired near the U.S. consulate in Toronto early Monday, the second such incident at the diplomatic post this year. Police said no one was injured and no suspects were identified. Officers engaged in a high-speed car chase but did not arrest the suspect, who remains at large. In June, three people were arrested after a similar attack.
