Trump Sued Over Truth Social Early-Access Plan
President Donald Trump has been sued in federal court over a Trump Media subscription service that offers faster or early access to his Truth Social posts for up to $100,000 a month. The lawsuit alleges the plan lets Trump profit by giving paying customers market-moving government information and violates the Constitution. Trump Media executives say they have signed up more than 10 customers.
