Burnham Backs Talks on UK-EU Free Movement Return

UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham said he wants an "honest discussion" with the British public about a possible return to free movement between the UK and the EU ahead of next month's UK-EU summit. In a Sunday Times interview, he ruled out joining the Schengen zone or adopting the Euro.
