Aviva Boss Warns New UK Homes May Become Uninsurable

Amanda Blanc, chief executive of insurer Aviva, warned that new homes being built in flood-risk areas in England could become uninsurable in the future. She said the flooding threat is "absolutely increasing" and cautioned ministers against "kite flying" ahead of the budget.
