US Says It Destroyed Iranian Oil Tankers After Warship Attacks

The U.S. military said it destroyed five Iranian oil tankers on Tuesday after Iran attempted to strike a U.S. Navy warship with ballistic missiles. Iran also hit American targets in Jordan. The tankers were struck in the Gulf of Oman, according to one report.
