Luxury cruise stranded in Cambodia over fuel costs

The Villa Vie Odyssey, a luxury cruise ship on a three-year round-the-world voyage, has suspended its trip in Cambodia because of rising fuel costs, according to operators. Passengers are stranded and the company is working with them on temporary living arrangements.
