Supreme Court Allows White House Ballroom Work to Continue Temporarily
The U.S. Supreme Court temporarily allowed construction of a White House ballroom to continue, pausing a lower court order that would have halted much of the project. Chief Justice John Roberts issued the stay, which remains in effect until the court takes further action. The Trump administration had filed an emergency appeal.
