Tate Reeves: 32nd Lieutenant Governer of Mississippi
Jonathon Tate Reeves is an American politician who is the 32nd Lieutenant Governor of Mississippi, serving since 2012, and the Governor-elect of Mississippi. A member of the Republican Party, he was previously Mississippi State Treasurer. At the age of 29, he was the youngest state treasurer in the nation when elected in 2003 and the first Republican to ever hold the office in Mississippi. He is the Republican nominee for Governor of Mississippi in the 2019 election. He won the 2019 general election against Democrat Jim Hood.
