Niger: 10,000 Nigerien Civilians Still Afraid to Return Home After Attack

[RFI] Some ten thousand civilians remain displaced after fleeing an attack in Niger's western Tillabéri region at the beginning of the year that killed at least 105 people and wounded many more, according to the UN High Commission for Refugees in Niamey.
