Mozambique: Govt Approves Reconstruction Plan for Cabo Delgado

[AIM] Maputo -- The Mozambican government has approved the Reconstruction Plan for the northern province of Cabo Delgado, which envisages the restoration of social and economic infrastructures wrecked during the incursions by ISIS terrorists.
