High winds and heavy rain from Typhoon Vamco lashes main Philippine island

Typhoon Vamco lashed at provinces in the Philippines overnight killing at least one person and paralysing parts of the capital Manila. Video shows high winds and torrential rain slamming against trees in the municipality of Malinao, 320 km south of capital city.
