COVID-19 death as 'critical point' in NSW, Victorian virus defence

A man in his 90s has died of COVID-19 and Victoria has recorded 216 new coronavirus cases, as NSW health authorities warn the community to be on high alert during the first critical days of the border closure between the two states.
