AmerisourceBergen to buy Walgreens' distribution business for $6.5B

AmerisourceBergen Corp. has agreed to acquire a majority of Walgreens Boots Alliance's pharmaceutical distribution business, known as Alliance Healthcare, for $6.5 billion.
