Cactus League and city leaders ask MLB to delay 2021 spring training because of Covid-19

Due to the current conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, leaders of all eight Valley cities and a tribal community sent a letter to Major League Baseball asking for Cactus League spring training to be delayed this year.
