Lawyer says Haslam testimony supports Berkshire's bribery allegations in Pilot truck stop chain suit

An attorney for Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathway says testimony from billionaire Jimmy Haslam supports Berkshire's claim that Haslam tried to bribe employees at the Pilot truck stop chain amid a dispute over the company's future. The attorney told a judge Thursday that Haslam admitted in a deposition he has an informal agreement with several Pilot Travel Centers employees to reinstate their bonuses if the Haslams sell their stake in PTC to Berkshire. Attorneys for Haslam previously called Berkshire’s bribery allegations false. But the judge on Thursday granted Berkshire's request to take additional depostion testimony from Haslam.
