Can't call it a second wave: Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain on rise of COVID-19 cases

As COVID-19 cases spike in the national capital, Health Minister Satyendar Jain on Thursday claimed Delhi is not witnessing a second wave of COVID-19, a day after 2,509 fresh cases were recorded. It was the highest single-day spike in nearly two months.
