Kerala governor signs ordinance to kill Sec 118A

Governor Arif Muhammed Khan signed on Wednesday a repeal ordinance nullifying the earlier ordinance that had introduced Section 118A in the Kerala Police Act, 2011. The amendment (Sec 118A) had the potential to muzzle all dissenting voices through all mediums.
