Karnataka BJP opposes PIL for deporting Rohingyas

The Karnataka BJP government has opposed a PIL filed by BJP leader Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay that seeks to detain and deport illegal immigrants and infiltrators, including Bangladeshis and Rohingyas, from India, and pleaded with the Supreme Court to dismiss it.
