Another blow to Congress, Anand Sharma quits as chairman of party`s Himachal Pradesh`s steering committee

Senior Congress leader Anand Sharma's resignation comes a few days after another leader of the G23 grouping Ghulam Nabi Azad resigned as chairman of the campaign committee in Jammu and Kashmir.
