Come December, AI cameras to deter traffic violations in Goa’s 70 accident-prone zones

To curb road accidents in Goa, 70 priority locations of accident zones have been identified across the state. Here, AI cameras will be installed by December to monitor vehicular traffic and detect violations by motorists to strengthen the implementation of ITMS (Intelligent Traffic Management Systems). This was discussed in the State Road Safety Council meeting held at the ITMS control room at Altinho on Friday.
