Unrealistic to expect eyewitness in every accident case, says Karnataka high court

Karnataka HC's Dharwad bench dismissed insurance company's petition against compensation for Younus and Shabbir Ahmed. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Hubballi awarded them Rs 77,350 and nearly Rs 1.2 lakh, respectively for an accident on Aug 27, 2013 involving driver Suresh's negligent driving.
