WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., March 21, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NorthEast Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: NECB) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about May 6, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 5, 2024.  “We are pleased to increase our quarterly dividend to shareholders,” said Kenneth A. Martinek, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. “The payment of dividends continues to represent one part of our long-term commitment to enhancing shareholder value.”
